Agreement

By creating an account or using Invoice Genie, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding access to your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Using Invoice Genie

Invoice Genie is a document-creation and record-keeping tool that helps you create and manage invoices. It does not process or verify client payments, connect to bank accounts, hold funds, provide credit, transmit money, or provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. You remain responsible for invoice accuracy, payment instructions, taxes, record-keeping, delivery, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break the law, infringe rights, mislead recipients, or facilitate fraud;
• upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security or usage limits;
• interfere with the service or access another user's data without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide it.

Free and Pro plans

Plan features and limits may change. Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Unless the store says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings. Deleting your Invoice Genie account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without notice where necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access where you materially breach these Terms, create risk, or where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss caused by your reliance on generated documents. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or your mandatory consumer rights.

Contact and updates

For questions, use the Invoice Genie support contact published in the App Store or Google Play listing. We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
